Life Happens

Sometimes life gets in the way and things happen that are beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your situation as best we can, subject to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If we cancel or reschedule, we agree to certain things. And if you cancel or reschedule, you agree to certain things:

What Happens If We Cancel

If we are forced to cancel or reschedule a class for any reason we agree to provide you with your choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future class of the same type. We have never had to cancel a scheduled class, but we always prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

What Happens If You Cancel

We incur certain expenses while preparing for each class and some of those expenses are not recoverable (e.g. the cost of personalized certificates and printouts that we are unable to use for anyone else).

Advanced-Notice Cancellations

If you cancel with at least 14 days’ advanced notice, you agree to accept either a full refund, less credit card processing fees, or a transfer to a future class of the same type.

All you have to do is email us with the date you are signed up for and which option you prefer. If you wish to move to a different class date, please also let us know which date you would like to attend. We’ll handle the rest.

You also agree that if you cancel a second or subsequent time, you will only be eligible for credit towards a future class of the same type.

Short-Notice Cancellations

If you cancel with less than 14 days’ advanced notice, you agree that you will only be eligible for credit towards a future class of the same type.

All you have to do is email us with the date you are currently signed up for and the date you would like to move to. We’ll handle the rest.

No-Call, No-Show

Lastly, you agree that if you fail to attend your scheduled class, and if you fail to provide us with notice prior to the class start time, you will forfeit your class tuition and you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to another class.
